The rooms are standards - I mean ok but not more. The breakfast was nice the location was great
The fitness is a big word as there are only 3 differents devices... A bit expensive for the quality of the hotel

The check in staff from the minute I walked in the door made me feel welcome and were so full of all the information a visitor like myself could need, I cannot say enough to praise the lady who checked me in, gave me maps and explained local transporation to me so I was able to go off hiking with all the knowledge I needed for two successful days.

I had really comfortable days staying at this business hotel. The place was clean, I booked the superior room with harbour views, everything was excellent. The location was incredible, a 10-15 minute walk from Lone Slydahl. Besides, it was really close to restaurants, and all the restaurants and shops are.

Location was great for bus catching and local boat traffic. Room was clean and pleasant but below in the several paragraphs is my assessment and unfortunately a lasting memory.
Am sorry but the stay was less the good. 1. Tried to book at the hotel for four more nights at the price i originally booked. They(he) said no. I ask to go on line and the fellow said i needed 27 days in advance to do that. So went some place else and booked and had a great hotel room and the desk attendant work with me and not against me as in the Radisson Blu. 2. When i did arrive i was informed that i had a queen bed and that was what i had asked for. Upon entering the room assigned discovered twin singles. Booo so back to the front desk for a change 3 My flight left early so i was given one stale several day old sandwich and a small container of orange juice for the morning meal. Bad news. At least it could have been a cup of coffee and fresh bread in the sandwich. So in conclusion have not much good to say for the service at the Radisson and will look at other options in the future. Ended up staying six nights at the Thorn Hotels in two different location, joined their organization, and will stay in the hotel chain in the future. Great people at the front desk, great hospitality, and food is superior and the service was outstanding. They, the desk attendants, all worked with me and made the stay memorable.

The hotel was well located near the water and in the centre of town, many cafes and restaurants close by. The room was very well priced, in norway if you can book in advance it appears that you get a much better price, no last minute deals here! Our room was nothing flash but it had eveything we needed and we had a lovely view of the port and the mountain range on the other side of the water. The breakfast was excellent, it had every thing and I mean everything down to linseed, sesame and sunflower seeds to put on your cereal.
The gym consisted of three pieces of cardio equipment in a fairly small room no weight equipment.

Great location with views overlooking the harbour, waterfront and the mountains beyond. The hotel was very quiet and we got a free upgrade to a business class room! The staff were extremely friendly to us and very helpful with ideas for activities and restaurants. The breakfast was very very good and had a great selection! As with almost everywhere in Norway there was free wifi. The airport bus stops right outside making it easily accessible within about 10mins ride from the airport. The wellness room and the sauna on the top floor was a great extra, and it has a window overlooking an amazing view! We only stayed one night to experience the midnight sun, but wish we could have stayed longer as the hotel and the city of Tromso was such a great experience. Will definitely return.

The location was excellent and the staff upgraded our room, giving us a beautiful view over the fjord to the Arctic Cathedral.
The price is very high if not booked advance online (almost £200 per night)

Nice breakfast, wide selection of buffet foods Comfortable room Excellent location
Yonas pizza is presented as an experience not to miss. If you like thick stodgy pizza then perhaps this is the case. You can literally have pizza, no salad or sides.
